We exclusively sell digital products — such as floor plans, templates, design files, and other digital downloads.

No physical products will be shipped or delivered.
All purchases will be available for instant download or will be emailed to you after payment confirmation.

2. Delivery Timeline

Once your payment has been successfully processed:
✅ You will receive an email confirmation containing your download link or instructions.
✅ You can usually access your files immediately after checkout or within a few minutes.
✅ If you do not receive your download link within 1 hour, please check your spam or junk folder.

3. Download Limits & Access

You may download your purchased files up to the maximum number of times specified at checkout or in your account.
Ensure you back up your files after download, as The Floor Plan Shop does not guarantee indefinite access.

4. Issues with Downloads

If you experience any issues with your digital downloads (such as corrupted files, wrong file formats, or download errors), please contact us promptly at:

5. No Shipping Charges

Because our products are digital, there are:

🚫 No courier services
🚫 No delivery wait times for physical goods
