Refund & Return Policy — The Floor Plan Shop

Thank you for shopping at The Floor Plan Shop. Please note that due to the nature of our products, all purchases are considered final.

🚫 No Refunds or Returns for Digital Products

All our products — including digital floor plans, house designs, and downloadable artwork — are non-refundable and non-returnable once the purchase has been completed.

By purchasing a digital product, you gain immediate access to proprietary files and designs, making returns or refunds impossible. Please ensure that you review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.

We do not offer:

  • Refunds for accidental purchases

  • Refunds due to change of mind

  • Returns or exchanges of digital files

⚠ Damages or Access Issues

If you encounter technical issues accessing or downloading your purchased files, please contact us immediately at admin@muteit.co.za so we can assist you in resolving the problem.

We are happy to help with re-sending download links or providing access support but cannot process refunds once digital products have been delivered.

❗ Important Notes

  • No physical goods are shipped, so no physical return address is applicable.

  • No returns or exchanges apply to sale items, discounted products, or gift cards.

  • European Union customers: Under EU digital goods regulations, you acknowledge that by downloading the product, you waive your right to the 14-day cooling-off period.
